I got my space online and had to check in tho there was some issue with the pricing difference between what they normally charge I guess and the online broker I guess I was using the people there were very helpful and we were able to sort it all out so that everyone was happy in the end I even paid four months in advance not to get any deal just to show my application and commitment I was a lil put off later when I got online and found that there was some policy preventing me from getting a larger unit tho this is not 100% confirmed I was told on a chat bubble that it was not allowed and if I say rented another unit online and just moved I could be banned from the facility permanently but again not 100% confirmed though highly suspected to be true in today's world unfortunately overall a good experience still a customer at least until I find a bigger unit in my price range ..honestly I would rather move across the hall than down the street but if those are the rules those are the rules right I just didn't realize how much more space I actually needed at first my bad I guess and now I have to pay for it in more ways than one I guess..advice start with the bigger one if your in a position to choose
