I had a problem with my code .I called and it was fixed immediately.

Check in was fast. Wendy and Bree were clear and helpful. They explained instructions and even gave a tour of my unit.

My first time renting a unit it was an easy move. Staff was very helpful.

The service representative was very informative and detailed. She took us to the unit and it was clean and easy to get to. This is my first time getting a unit and I am excited to continue to use it.

No issues finding the place and access to the storage facilities is very simple

Many companies are not concerned with customer service. My first time visiting this facility and Heather was amazing. She greeted me with a smile and an offer to help. She explained the ins and outs of the facility. When I made a comment about the size of the facility, (1,000) units, she offered to take me back to the correct storage unit. As this storage unit is a company rental, multiple people have access. Upon opening the locked door, Heather helped move equipment around and she even cleaned up a mess on the floor. A great representative of this company.

I found this storage facility on Sparefoot. The price was very competitive and the staff is efficient and friendly. Dollies were available and made the move-in process super easy.

Clean fascility, very helpful staff, reasonable rate. When we needed to switch from one fascility to another for our convenience they did it without giving us any grief. I dealt with Patrick mostly in the Sheridan unit but other folks are very helpful as well.

The storage unit was clean and very nice...however use of truck was a little difficult to reserve considering the other one was in an accident, we had to wait two whole days and weren't offered anything for the inconvenience.

There was minimal water leakage in the initial unit but I was changed to another. I was recommended to use pallets.
