Nice size storage. Fit alot of my things.

The 3rd(last row) has a deep ditch next to it and is sketchy to drive down specially backing up bc there is no option to turn around so hopefully nobody else is visiting their unit when u need too

The young lady Jazzy that was helping me did a amazing job she went over every detail even when I had to change the size of my unit she didn't get frustrated or upset she went over and beyond and was more than helpful

Unfortunately after we moved everything into storage we got a call saying that the stuff was in the wrong unit. we were already on the highway heading back to Boston and had to turn around and move everything to a different unit. Was that really necessary?

Your company is and staff are great gentlemen from another storage on millersport came to place on niagara falls blvd in amherst to help me get set up there even after the site had a bad plumbing problem he stayed till I was totally in the units to be there if I needed a hand keep up the great work and highering people like him

The Manager, Joey, is awesome!!! He was very helpful, courteous and respectful. He made the rental process very easy and stress free. Public Storage should consider themselves very fortunate to have this young man working for them.

When we checked in the facility, all went well until the manager discovered that he could not print out our paperwork which he had already competed. The previous shift had done diagnostics on the printer and he could not get it to work. Had had to fill out everything by hand and had me sign the manually completed paperwork. The available unit was at the opposite side of the gate - quite a walk. My wife and I are both disabled and it was hard to walk from the office to see the unit. It would be a good idea for all Public Storage sites to have golf carts so it would be easier to show customers their units for the first time. There was no seating in the office. We were in quite a bit of pain after walking to and from our unit. The only relief I had was to lean on the counter. My wife had to go and sit in the van while the paperwork was done. Seating should be in all offices. I did not like the fact that I had to get insurance at registration. This is not mentioned on your website as far as I know. While in general the initial registration process was acceptable, I fell that more should be done to accommodate all customers' needs.

Best Public Storage in all of buffalo! The staff is nice, friendly, and will work with you to make sure all your needs are met stress free. I come here whenever I need to store items between semester sessions or out of town.

This was my second time booking a unit from this storage location and the experience was even better than the first. A gentleman by the name of Marcellus made my appointment quick and efficient. The unit was cleared out and ready to be viewed upon my arrival and the account process was fast and simple. I highly recommend this storage location and big thanks to Marcellus for the help.

My whole experience with this Public storage location was awesome. From getting the unit to closing my account I was treated with professionalism. Highly recommend using these folks if you're storing stuff. Kudos to Karen for doing an amazing job - super helpful, super knowledgeable, and super nice!!!
