Could be a little more organized, 8 emails make it confusing.

They did an Excellent job same day when in their on Sunday and they had me a unit to park my car and to store for the Winter Nice clean and security that's what I like Thank you guys! I highly recommend public storage.

I rented a storage unit and the next day the storage unit was closed out and my money gone because I never came back and put my own lock on the unit. No one never told me that I had to immediately put a lock of my own on the unit or it would be closed out and charged me a close our fee or a cleaning fee. I will never recommend the company to no one and when I called the guy who took was basically like o well that's the policy. This policy should be included when the unit is open. I fill I was robbed and I don't have anything good about public storage.

So far I've had no issues. Decent hours to get in. Not a bad price. Friendly staff!

Very clean facility, the young woman in charge is very knowledgable and friendly. I have had zero issues here, they have fair pricing and sell anything you would need inside to help with your move. I've been to a lot of storage unit locations around the country and this is by far one of the best I have seen. I'd recommend this to any of my friends/family!

Great location, great prices, nice units and property manager Steffani is courteous, friendly and helpful. She is is great and I would definitely recommend traveling a little bit further than the closest facility to you to get the type of service she gives to her customers. She has a lot of responsibilities, but handles them well and is a great asset to this business.

Very easy to set everything up. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Very close to us, so it is easy to get to in a pinch. Priced just right. Very pleased.

Overall good nothing as of yet to say, except my card wouldn't work for access, have to fix it....but ok
