The u it is adequate, security good. I could not sign up in line unless I bought insurance but when I arrived I was told I did not need to buy their insurance. Since I am covered otherwise I will cancel their insurance.

Space is clean. Workers very friendly and accommodating. Only question is why are the fences surrounding the back of the facility all unlocked and open? Anyone could walk inside any building anytime. Other than that absolutely no complaints.

Property Manager was great. Only thing that turned me off was no knowledge of needing insurance (which obviously makes sense) -- but honestly you should just factor it into the overall price so there are no surprises when you're checking-out (especially for someone like me who has never rented a storage space before)

Moving is an overwhelming experience, so disruptive -- that it rates 3rd on the list of traumatic life stresses. However, the staff at Public Storage minimized the negative impact created by this upheaval. First, my initial call for availability confirmed a reservation hours before my arrival from 650 miles out of state. 2 hours later, I was greeted by PS rental agent, Sean, who received my application without hesitation even though my mover had me on the premises early and at time specified as closed--very accommodating treatment, and so appreciated considering the option of waiting outside in Buffalo's harsh winter weather. The space assignment was quick, convenient and suitable. The other agent from Boston, I believe it was Chris, was pleasant and engaging contributing to the overall positive impression of the interaction. Voila! we unloaded and it was over in a flash.
