I needed a unit Quickly and they had one for me. The size I wanted at a reasonable price.

I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t say enough about how helpful Timothy Hayes was in making this a very very easy experience. I had a pressing need for some storage space and he was the man! He was helpful and explained everything thoroughly and was right there when I had some questions the following day. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t imagine having a better and more knowledgeable person to solve my problem

Skip and Jim were extremely helpful in getting a space set up for me and maybe Even broke the rules for a day for me to get set up in their location. The staff here are top notch and go the extra mile to help.

Had a very easy moving. The staff contacted me and got everything set up. No contact was necessary. Easy to find unit that was very clean. Could not have been easier.

Other than the guy that took my call and made a reservation I did not make which really upset me; Gary at the sight was really great about everything and things went smoothly. He was very kind. It is a very clean facility and I appreciate that. Although the halls could use sweeping. It certainly is what I expect. The only thing that drives me nuts is coding in to leave on the opposite side of the gate as you exit. Thank you very much. Patti

Skip helped me get into my unit in less than an hour. I'm set up with automatic payment and a lock. It was a breeze and I dont have to worry about anything.

Gary provided excellent customer service to us as we vacated our units. We were traveling 4 hours back to Pennsylvania and had a complex moving set up with 2 trucks and 2 trailers. Gary was awesome and went above and beyond to accommodate us for the 2 days it took to organize and load! We are very appreciative.

Happy to be in the WNY area. The facility in Orchard Park is great, only miss the heavier concrete construct and the outdoor bathrooms! These are made up for because the cleanliness and security of the place is incomparable. I was made to feel at home immediately by the manager and will be there soon. Online check in was easy, followed up by a confirmation phone call and email. Andrew was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. When I arrived the next day with my daughter and a truckload of totes, Andrew spotted us and quick brought over a small flat bed to help make it easier. I also bought a lock and set up auto pay. Only a few day/trips into it, but very good customer experience so far.

Great staff, Andrew helped us out in a pinch. As a band on tour we needed a place to stash gear for a bit and he was real helpful and easy to work with. Also very accommodating. If you're looking for storage with great customer service, come here!

only complaint: sliding gate had been broken for over a week. my last visit was 3/26. still broken. can you please fix?
