Quick, easy and great customer Service

Once we got ahold of an actual person, it was easy to finish the process. It wasn't too easy to find. The unit though, we didn't realize there were units inside the actual buildings as well. After that it was smooth sailing.

It was very easy to get a unit and start using it right away. Only issue we came across was the second door, it would be useful if we could open it. The keys given do not open it.

Need 24 hour or atleast until 11pm access Its a fully secured location no reason it cant be accesible til 11pm even midnight. Otherwise super simple process to rent the unit and am happy.

Mark was really so great at working with us to get a spot that would work for us! He went above and beyond and I am extremely grateful

This field ,is required: Ok here we go/ NO LIGHT in the HALLWAY, makes it difficult for a Handicapped person who, walks with a cane. I TRIED to prop open the door to get some light in the hallway, to no avail....This is certainly a bad situation, and I still have more boxs to move in

I thought Mark the tending manager was very knowledgeable and kind when explaining all the options available. Marks ability to share all the expectations, requirements, and options helped me make decision quickly and made me feel good about renting space at Public Storage.

I was looking for a safe storage for my belongings to go and I chose Public Storage based on its namesake. I was extremely pleaaed to see there was a security gate and many cameras. Mark was extremely professional and welcoming, making this first-time experience comfortable. The unit was clean and that also was a stress release, based on horror stories I've read in the past of storage units. As of now, I am satisfied and although I hope this is my first and last experience, I would definitely recommend this establishment to others in need.

Great service and the facility manager was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Definitely recommend.

Mark was very helpful explaining all of the paperwork to me and ensuring I understood all of the terms of the rental. He had a very friendly demeanor as well. The space is clean and entry is simple. If you're looking for some storage, this is the place to go!

The experience here was beyond what i expected! Mark, the property manager, was knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything i needed to know about storage-truly gave great advice and was so kind! It's the people in any place you go that make you go back! I would personally rent from here again just because of mark's customer service!
