Upon completing the online sign up I drove to the storage area and was immediately helped. Signed the contract and away I went. It was a wonderful experience, highly recommend!

Heather is awesome and got me my storage unit without any hassle and even though they were very limited on units for the size I needed she got me what I wanted and she Heather was a pleasure working with as she definitely does her job well & the best service I have had since I got to this state,wish half the people that I have had to deal with around here worked half as well as she does,I don't know her personally but I have to give credit where it's due ! I can't thank her enough for all the help in such a timely manner.

The service I got with the security who helped me she was very pleasantly helpful and even though they were having trouble getting me the storage unit I had booked online wasn't showing that I booked this storage space at first she went above and beyond to help me get my unit as I needed right away

Being the first time using a storage facility, I'm glad it went smooth. I wanted a place between albany and NYC and this was perfect. It was a few miles off the Thruway (exit 21) but it was worth the trip because, being on a sloping grade, it seems likely to drain well should there ever be flooding or torrential downpours. The place looked brand-new. However, they need a sign right on the corner because it's part of a pre-fab home sales center and at first I did not see the storage facility that was tucked in the back.
