Raymond the person I worked with was very helpful. Explained everything to me since this was the first time I have used a storage facility. I forgot his co-workers name, but he too was very helpful.

The good news is that Raymond, Property Manager at Route 6, Mahopac location, has great customer skills and helped me from the moment I stepped into the office! The bad news - and it could happen when reserving online - the confirmation from Public Storage via email that the unit you have reserved online on that particular date is "reserved" for you can be misleading. Unfortunately, even though you have a confirmation, and a walkin customer shows up and buys, it's first come, first serve basis and your storage confirmation is just a piece of paper. Public Storage needs to take a look at their online reservation process. Best bet, give Raymond a call!

She has excellent knowledge of company policy and professionalism about the size of the unit that would be most accommodating for meeting storage needs. I was concerned about not having enough space with a smaller unit, however, she was very reassuring that it was the right size and it was perfect! The place is very clean and secure!
