Hi, I used public storage for my vehicle. The previous company removed my reservation without any contact, so I did the reservation and started to use this storage on the same day. The store and every place looks clean and nice. Also, the staffs are really gentle.

I had a great experience while moving in. Tyler was of great help, the facility is cleaned and well preserved. My only discontent is with the hours I can go in. I don't understand why don't I have 24 hour access to my storage. The facility is surveillanced, gated with a key lock password protected and still I have no access after 9:00pm.

Made the reservation twice by mistake, was phoned immediately to find out it was done in error. Which it was. On the day of my appointment I was greeted with a warm welcome by Carissa! Who made my day. I was upset but also lost by my sudden relocation. She truly brighten my day and also gave good advice on my needs.

Went to inquire about a storage unit due to the fact i am limited in space. The service was AMAZING. Miranda (one of the associates there) had accommodated me, very well mannered and knowledgeable. I had so many questions and she was very patient and thorough. I HIGHLY recommend this location. You feel safe and nothing but great vibes from the staff and property itself.
