The move in was very smooth and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted me and answer all the questions I had about the facility.

Facility suits my needs. The staff is courteous and professional.

I registered online, got to the place safely; all I had to was entering my pin # to open the door and set my stuffs in the room. Good customer service and clean atmosphere.

The facility is new, very clean and easily accessible with their spacious parking lot, and 3 spaces that you can back into to unload your vehicles while being sheltered (it's a garage). I was told by one of the staff members that although most units won't be listed as climate controlled, they are. Each floor of this facility has it's own central air unit, and being indoors, they're all temperature regulated.

We got a space to rent at such short notice, and Extra Space Storage did not disappoint. Everything we were looking for in a public storage was there.
