I have had an ongoing concern for several years. Nobody was able to to be of help until I met Melissa this morning. She understood my problem, and offered to speak with her district manager on my behalf. She did so, and promptly called me back. I was thrilled that she was able to help me!! I am forever grateful to her for being so kind and caring.

The establishment was clean. Margaret was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service.

Melissa is very kind, courteous, and professional. She was a tremendous help from the first phone call immediately after my online inquiry to the very end in checking out. She made sure that all my needs were met as well as answering my many questions (I ask a lot of them!). The facility was also neat, clean, and well laid out. I would highly recommend anyone considering a storage facility to see Public Storage in Farmingdale at 305 Del Drive. Make sure you speak with Melissa; she is an asset to the company!

Melissa and the staff with her the day I visited were excellent and professional. Melissa explained all the procedures and I feel like I have allies at Public Storage.

THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL ,wHAT I DON'T LIKE IS THAT IF YOUR NOT THEY BEFORE 6:00 YOU CAN'T HAVE A CART TO MOVE THINGS IN TO YOUR STORAGE

My friend rents a unit there and I went with her to set it up. The girl that helped us was named Melissa. She was extremely helpful, sweet and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend going here and asking for Melissa!

Love the staff at Public Storage property 29142. They keep the property clean and I've never had any problems with my belongings being kept there. Kristy, Amanda and Dawn always greet me by name every month that I go in to pay my bill. That means alot to a customer!!! And the storage price per month is also a plus!!! :)

My family has stored at a few Public Storage places on the Island. I pay my moms storage bill here every month and the staff is great always there when we need them. Thank you ladies!

Due to some very quick unfortunate events, I had to move into public storage. Thankfully the employees were very respectful, friendly, knowledgable and upbeat. Storing my life temporarily at this location was by far one of the most pleasant experiences that I had in that brief trying period. Thank you Kristy and Dawn. Wonderful staff and clean space.

Dawn & Angie r The Best...they help me my first time having a storage was scared didn't no how it worked. But they made it a breeze so kind & nice. The Public Storage reps who initially helped me reserve a unit at the 305 Del Drive, Farmingdale, NY location in last month were the nicest girls I have ever met (I think the names were Kristi and Dawn, not sure). Kristi walked me through every detail of the contract and instructions for how to access my unit, the hours of availability, etc. Both were so professional and courteous that I wish I could let their DM know personally that these girls deserve some sort of recognition. In addition, this facility is clean, easy to navigate, and a pleasure to keep my valuables stored. Thank you for a pleasant experience : ) A Happy Customer

Friendly staff, clean units and competitive price. My only issue with the place is that the 'carts' are locked down in the middle of the building, and you have to get the key from the front desk, and my rented unit is in the rear of the building, so basically, I have to walk back and forth the whole place just to use the cart (get the key, get the cart, use it, return & lock cart, than return key). They need to have a better system, or have carts available in the rear section of the building.

This plce is very clean. The front desk is also very helpful. The only reason they don't get all 5 stars is that because I have rented there befor, I was not eligable for the $1 first month special. Oh well

The Public Storage located at Del Drive in Farmingdale was excellent. The Manager was very helpful in assisting us in determining the number and type of boxes to purchase. We already had one unit at this location for about three years and have obtained a second unit to pack into prior to our move. The facility is well lit and clean and the staff is knowledgeable and ready and wiling to assist.

I swear there is only 1 cart in the whole place. When questioned, the staff says "We need to look around." We decided one day to do just that, we walked every floor of the 3 buildings - we found 1 cart. Please get more!! The staff is friendly and helpful.

the facility that I rented at was great. I was shown what I needed and the manager Alyssa was very helpful. the facility was clean and in order. lights always worked. overall a very good experience

My experience here wasn't too bad. Place promises climate free, bug & pest free, and space wise was good. My bill I paid late, 3 hours after I paid , I came there expecting to move stuff out, I couldn't because there was a blue lock on there that should've been removed by the staff upon payment. Came back the next day, only to make my move out even harder with no available carts. During the past 6 months time at ths Farmingdale location, the bathroom was ALWAYS atrocious. No toilet paper, toilet seat always soiled and clogged, and bathroom itself has trash all over it. Staff should routinely make more routine inspections maybe every hour. Parking should be swept by private company every night, which it never seems that it is.staff should remove blue locks upon payment. I have used this location in the past, everytime I see the same issues that just doesnt. Get addressed.

I was really please at the location of my unit and the price was something I could afford.they were really helpful in finding the size I wanted. They did not pressure me to select there place but instead made it easier to sign up.very pleased with public storage.
