Let's be straight. Never have I've been anywhere where the fine print is stated and explained up front. No hidden agenda. The property manager Meredith has been there a long time. Her professionalism, kindness, and patience is unmatched. The facility is an older facility, not modern at all however, your items will be fine and above all safe. She gives you packing tips and explains the why! I have seen her first hand deal with arrogant obnoxious people, yet she keeps her cool and still helps. She is always smiling. She has so much patience. I have stored numerous times and she has no problem going over the contract where I can understand. Every time I have come back she remembers me by name. She recommends a size and even tells you how you should place the items. It always works to a T. Don't go anywhere else. Trust me.

Not the cleanest facility we have had. When I signed up i inspected the unit and it was fine....when i came back later another renter was smoking in their unit and made the whole building smell of cigarettes. I am going to call and file a complaint and hopefully the situation gets fixed.

It was a great experience and we left there very happy with the way things was handled, Steffon the manager was so nice and very very friendly that's the kind of person you want to meet when your going through a rough time like putting your things in storage while going through a rough time, he made us feel comfortable and we was very stresses before coming there but left out with a weight lifted off our shoulders. Read some if the reviews and I decided to rent here with my Fiance. This store offers by far the best customer service I have ever received. First of all as soon as i opened the door Meredith stood up and said hi and welcome with this huge smile. She addressed both of us. It is very easy to speak to her. We felt that she was part of the family on how comfortable we were. To move on, never had any idea on condensation and all this other stuff. She was truly very knowledgeable. Meredith aka a storage encyclopedia. I can go on and on. The price is right, the place is clean, and we are no longer stressed. We moved the stuff in and locked it up. Until next spring! Thanks Meredith for caring. 10 stars for you!

My fiancé and I rented at storage unit this week, we were very stressed trying to find an affordable location. My mother in law is arriving from Florida and we needed a location/place to put her items. An employee by the name of Meredith rented a room to us, it was easy and quick! She even gave us a month for $1!! I would definitely recommend Public Storage due to her customer service.

Tom was the most patient agent ever. I was trying to get quotes and other info from other locations. I'd made a reservation at 47 Broadhollow Rd in Farmingdale and your phone system kept putting me thru to Tom. If not for the phone system this would be a 5 star rating. You guys gotta change that...reeeeeally bad.
