My representative was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was asking questions! She walked me thru everything also how to install my lock! She walked me to my unit and showed me how to use the lift ! Extremely patience with me! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family!

New facility that is still under construction for the loading Dock. Very clean. I like the cylinder locks (they only charge around $9.00 to buy the lock which is a good price and is quite secure. They can not be cut with saws or bolt cutters. Customer service (in my case this was Tony) is fantastic

I've had several over the years and this place is by far the nicest, cleanest, cheapest, brightest...

In the last 20 years or so I've gone to at least 6 storage spaces and this by far is the nicest largest and cheapest that I've ever been to. I normally store my stuff in Brooklyn but I needed a really large space and this one was the least expensive that I could find but better than any storage I've ever been to.
