Unit is fine, customer service wasnt great but still helpful.

Moving from house to apartment. Storage unit will be good to place overflow until we decide what to do with it

It was somewhat decent clean, some damage to some of the units or buildings. I feel like it could use a proper make over and more safer one.

The place is clean. Customer service was helpful and courteous. Procession is a little high but with current economy I guess you have to expect it. Easy to get in and out.

Accessing the unit was easy. Renting the unit was a breeze via online.

Ppl no matter what dont listen n they just take it upon them selts to always sleep in there storage unit

I expected the rent the new storage facility rental across the street from where I work. I didn't expect to have to go to another location that is obviously older and a bit run down. I shouldn't be concerned it is what it is but I expected the same place I was contacting, did not know they were connected elsewhere. It will serve the purpose for now.

I needed a storage unit quickly. I was able to get one, the size I needed and day I needed through a very quick phone call. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Property well maintained and clean.

All good. Only issue was having to fill out the same information at the facility that I had already provided on line. Took a little more time than I had anticipated but otherwise went quite smoothly.

Keri took excellent care of us when it came time to do our paperwork after we made our "Easy As Pie" reservation on-line!!! The location is easy to get to from several directions from Hudson Fall to Glens Falls...And, easy 24 hrs access!!!

Prompt and great service the unit driveway is paved and easy to get to with easy access.

The Keylock facility in Hudson Falls is clean and the units are easily accessible. Staff was professional and all my expectations were met.
