Fantastic customer service, very clean and well lit facility. The only issue we had was when we booked it through Selfstorage.com and they claimed if we signed a six month lease at origination, the first month was free. This was not the case and we were not real happy about this. We went back and forth between the management at the actual facility, and with sparefoot/selfstorage.com. The lack of communication was a huge disappointment.

This is a newer storage facility that is top of the line all around. -24/7 access via code entry system -Friendly staff -Beautiful, clean storage units -Fast registration process--I was in the office for 5 minutes and was set! -More affordable than other storage places around the area. The price you see online is what you'll pay--there are no hidden fees. Overall, my wife and I could not have been more pleased with A Metro Self Storage. This was our first storage experience/rental, and it could not have gone smoother. I would very highly recommend it to anyone!

Found the storage facility online; filled out the online form and received quick confirmation. Prices were straightforward and as stated online. A day or two before my scheduled arrival/move-in day, Dale called to make sure I had everything I needed and wanted to make sure that everything went smoothly. He explained the kind of lock I would need and what they had available. The location was new and clean, I have no worries about the condition of the storage unit. It was very easy to drive right up to it and unload.
