James helped me move into my unit and was super helpful and quick! We told him we were in a bit of a rush and he made sure that we were taken care of in good time. Facility is really clean and secure. It's also in a convenient location.

Having a truck available for local use is a huge convenience and worth 5 stars right there, but the customer service experience was phenomenal. More expensive than other options but worth it.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions. The facility has an elevator which makes it easy to move in. The storage facility is clean with little to no debrise/garbage lingering around.
