VERY HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GETTING INTO THE UNIT

I am satisfied with the unit I rented. It fit my needs perfectly. I followed the directions that were put forth and had an easy move

Company prorated one day when it was owed to them but will not prorate & give us a refund/credit when we vacated a unit on the 3rd of the month. Not happy.

Patrick who took care of us was very knowledgeable explained all aspects of the storage place

Great place, awesome service. The unit was clean, easily accesible and secure. The service was great, we were ready to store our excess stuff in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended.

Everything went well, the unit is just what I needed. My only compaint is that the entry keypad is so close to the gate you have to get out of your vehicle to enter your passcode. That's it.

Everything was great. However, the past few nights we drove by the gate was not closed. That has us concerned for our things.

Had a great experience at this location! I was shown around by Bob, who was very helpful in answering all of my questions and showed me two different storage rooms! Place looked nice and clean and had a gated security system to ensure safety of your storage items.

We were in need of a place in a hurry and Zach was more than helpful! Answered all of our questions, helped us out with finding the appropriate sized unit, and did it all with a smile! The units were clean and the building was well kept! Highly recommended!

Takes the stress out of moving

The entire process was simple/easy - online booking of space. Once I arrived, they were ready for me and assisted me with getting set up and move my boxes in. Access to the facility is very convenient.
