Public Storage - Bethpage - 4113 Hempstead Turnpike

Everything went well on move-in day, except that the Property Manager was not available to answer questions I had.

All employees very helpful and courteous.

I love the space. I shopped around first and I am so happy I chose Public Storage in Bethpage. My initial phone call to the 800 number was great. The follow up from the site manager to the help of Vinny, the sales associate on ,my moving in day was nothing short of fantastic. What a very professional and nice group of people. PS should be proud of their employees. The space is clean, the automatic lights are great...I have absolutely not one negative thing to say about my experience from the first phone call to my regular weekly visits. 10 stars!

I have been using public storage for the last few years and have always had a positive experience. Currently I have two units and am waiting to make a move to North Carolina. I am at the bethpage storage ( lighthouse) and the person I deal with is Brianna. She is knowlegable and has a very friendly disposition. She has been a pleasure to deal with.

Move in was very easy. Mgr was very helpful and polite.

Brianna was extremely helpful on helping me pick the right storage unit. I didn't know exactly what size unit I needed so she literally showed me different sizes on different levels that satisfied my needs.

I was very happy with the service I received at this location. Brianna was GREAT . she took her time to explain everything so it made sense to us. My parents were scared renting at other places but not here or now since Brianna showed us around also showed us what we could use to protect some items, moving will now be a breeze. Thank you Brianna!

I had a very good experience getting a storage unit in Farmingdale, NY. Meredith couldn't have been any nicer or more efficient.

My father and I came here and worked with Brianna tonight. We both are current customers and had a situation where we needed to get an additional unit and vacate my smaller one. Brianna is freaking awesome. Not only was she nice and showed us the difference of the different sized units that were closest to my current one so it would be easier to move my stuff, she set everything up for us to come in tomorrow morning so we can start moving stuff. I recently have to move out of my residence abruptly and she made everything so easy. Thank you Brianna for making this such an easy transition and being super friendly....it's a very rare quality these days and that made an already super stressful situation that much easier. Thanks again!

Great experience start to end

Excellent service! I came here to inquire about renting space for next month when I move. Anthony was so kind and helpful and even showed us a few spaces to make sure I knew what I needed. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to rent storage space!

Property Manager Samantha explained everything well and made the process easy, although it takes a few minutes. The facility is clean and well maintained. It is pricey for storage space, but this is Long Island.

Beyond excellent experience would recommend to anyone

For people who need to have storage because of a small residence & are therefore in need of storage for long term (ex. more than one year), Public Storage should develop pricing that rewards person for long term use vs. paying month to month and maybe only getting first month free or for $1.

It'sa storage place. Nothing fancy. I liked that I could access my things until 9 pm, but it seems a homeless person has taken up residence (folding chair, bags of possessions, etc.) under the overhang of the building where my items are stored. While he appears harmless, I'm not keen on being there alone after dark.

Public Storage employees are knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. Glad we chose them for our storage needs.
