Overall, I give 4 stars. The management there were very professional and helpful. They are an asset for providing great customer service. My rating of a 4 is just from first impressions of a rodent problem. There are visible roach bates everywhere. I was also informed of the problem which actually made me hesitant to store at this location. I, reluctantly, am still moving forward with this facility taking extra measure to wrap all my belongings with plastic. I do not want to bring any visitors home from this facility causing me to have a roach problem.

This business is great!! I like the storage units and the security system provided for the customers. It is very convenient and you are able to navigate where you're going to and from the elevator and the units. The office manager is very professional and courteous to me when I asked questions regarding the units and payments. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a storage place for their items!

too many add on charges forced to buy insurance?? Is that legal?? just got a call telling me I had a balance for the month of Aprill of $44 by Jason at Public Storage. I was told it was month to month rental when I rented it on March 24 and my unit renew on April 23 if I chose to keep it. What up ??????
