Public Storage - Hempstead - 817 Peninsula Blvd

The schedule for open hours to the storage unit is not suitable for people who work 9am-5pm during the week days. Most storage facilities give you access 6am - 10pm every day. This is the downside of this facility.

Very clean and they are Professionals too.

Besides the fact that my unit is not climate controlled, no air conditioning, and the facility dorms not have a truck for use and the hours of access are short, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy with the price.

This place was the cheapest I could find so I went with it but there seems to be a mouse problem that staff assured me they are working on.

This is my first time with Public Storage , but i think its safe and reliable .

Property manager Laquana was very helpful and thoughtful. I had a great experience at this location.

Great customer service. Only issue is that the gate was not working for a couple of days.

Could have given me a better rating due to me having the rental for a total of 21 days never rent from uhual again..... Disappointed after paying over $600 in rental fees

Tabatha provided excellent top notch A1 service and facilitated me with an answer to my every question or concern. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great storage location. You could also ask her about any electrical issues you're having at home.

Tired to see how fast we could clear out a unit had fun and they were freindly

I was looking for a space to put my furnitures while in the process of moving , upon searching I found this facility where a rep by the name of Jasmine gave me a warm welcome and also for other employees. Miss Jasmine then ask how can she help me today?. I began to tell her about what I'm looking for and the prices that I can afford, she helped me on coming up with a great space and a affordable deal. she was very pleasant and last but not least she had great patience while helping my confuse a**, I recommend her well for that. I Greatly and highly recommend this storage.

I went to make a payment at this location in Hempstead, the ladies greeted me as soon as I came through the door and were very friendly the entire visit. Thank you Tabatha and Jasmine for all your help!

Very large storage center. Feels well maintained and clean. Top of storage units only have thin gauge welded wire, so ask to see the units if high security of your items is a concern.

Staff was very helpful on the day I rented the unit and has continued to be helpful with any questions or problems since then.

You must install climate control!

No carts to carry stuff as promised. broken elevator etc

You need to have more of those orange dollys available for the customers !

I shared my reviews already on the storage site that's located on 871 Peninsula Blvd Hempstead NY. Kenny store manager and Chressi the worker on site two very helpful and well mannered people. Public storage site was very clean. I'd go there anytime and use that storage site again and refer the place to friends and family.They made me feel like family.
