Not happy 2nd when office hours are 9 to 6 and I had to wait 45 min for employee to come back. Then his attitude was carts don't come with you rental its a courtesy. I had to make a bank deposit. I had already loaded two carts and he at first refused to give me 2 cart keys, then finally did. If I hadn't already put a lot of items in the day before I would have just cancelled and gone somewhere else. I asked in the future do I need to call to be sure someone is here during office hours as no signs stated that and no one told me during offices hours there could possibly no one here.

Justin and Quiles were very welcoming and knowledgeable when I came in for advice on what to do when moving out of my house. Justin showed an appropriately sized space for the things I informed him I wanted to store and he explained the guidelines of the store and my lease very professionally and easy to understand. The items sold inside the store are also priced well and are of better quality compared to places such as Target and Walmart and when I asked Justin he was able to give me sound advice when buying things; he didn't try to push me to buy the most expensive needless packages unlike most places. Overall I would highly recommend this location for it's prices and definitely for it's customer service provided.

This is a great storage unit service. Clean and secure feel. Manager Jessica was amazing! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I only needed the storage unit for 5 days and they changed me the full month anyway. They were not able to acommodate such a simple request.
