I had a tuff move from Florida to ny but public storage didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make it hard for me to get into my unit with time & precision.Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very happy just what I needed and I knew this before I even got to move in .thank you public storage.

Customer service very good. Unit itself is not 24 hours and fairly dark with ceiling pipes and wall pipes that do take up a small portion of the volume of the unit.

The unit I found was ideal for what I was looking for

It was quick and easy near my home I will keep it

While I am very happy with my new storage space, and the monthly rate, I am a bit unhappy about the lack of parking. I have to park a block awa from the building. Fortunately, I invested in a folding cart which makes it easier to transport boxes. Philip Harwood

Very easy and pleasant experience. Gianni was very helpful and specific with information and answers to questions. She made sure I understood everything, and double checked that I had all my info set before I left. Its nice to deal with someone with a smile and a sense of humor. I've gone a few times now and its an easy experience. No issues getting in or using a trolley either. The automatic sensor lights are a nice touch too.
