I needed a small storage area, and was very happy to have found a special on a 4 x 4 locker here at an extraordinary price. The place is squeaky clean and the staff members are terrific! I use a wheelchair to get around, and they offered to help me up the ramp with my belongings. The two perfect gentlemen that work there made sure everything went smoothly, opening doors and helping me with the lock. I couldn't have chosen a finer place to store my items!

First and foremost, the staff were super friendly and easy to deal with. They fully explained everything and made sure no question was left unanswered. The facility itself was clean and very nice. I'll have to make my final call when I go to pick up my things in a few months, but at this time I am very satisfied.

they could supply the customers with a floor plan to help you locate your storage unit the attendent showed me were the locker was more than once but it would have been easier for me to find on my own with a floor plan

Besides the fact that i spent an hour waiting to do paperwork due to a glich with the software, i have to say, i enjoyed the process. The person i worked with was very helpful and efficient. He worked productively and quickly to provide me with service. Overall i picked a very good facility!!!

I'll have to make my final judgment when I go to pick up my belongings in a few months, but I have no issues with Storage Post Rockville Centre so far. The staff that are very helpful and well mannered and the facility is clean.
