Needed a place to put my Sister's things. Needed quality and dependability. Made my reservation. Went in to get the key and everything was better than I could have ever asked for.

The manager was unsure of what she was asking of me . I left the facility to return with car insurance only to be told I needed the title. Also it wouldn't of been a huge break in protocol for her to let me use the bathroom, very rude considering I advised please . Ultimately I paid in full for my duration, one time payment, and left disappointed. The experience could of been handled more professionally.

The move in process was very easy. We chose a move in date and the unit was ready with the lock and key and instructions. The location and unit were secure and clean.

Dena wad very helpful, polite and very professional. She answered all of my questions and was a delight. The only thing I would change is to honor Veterans not just Active duty and Retired. I was in during from 87 -91 and served honorably. To many places forget the veterans and how to ho or them. Thank you.

Due to Virus many places are just not running right. Not the Case at Life Storage on S. Transit Rd. in Lockport, NY. Customer Service delivered by Dena Silver, Store Manager, was outstanding. Very personable, thorough and knowledgeable. She really went beyond our expectation of being helpful in making a good decision during a difficult move. Thank you so much Dena.

Dena is amazing she went the extra mile. This facility is way better than Public storage. They advertised all the high tech security and charged for it. I got to public storage on Niagara glass blvd to find a horse gate unlocked. Public storage is charging $246 a month for that but advertising high tech security with gated access and a pin code. Yeah right. Life storage and Dena are the real deal

Dena was very courteous and professional. Went over everything in great detail. Right before she took care of my husband and I, Dena had a very difficult customer and we were both impressed how she handled it. Great job!!

Good facility at a reasonable rate. Easy to get to my locker. Even though it is an outdoors locker, is sturdy and dry.
