The customer service is excellent. We had an issue because we apparently did not book a drive up unit. The customer service agent helped us out right away, found us a drive up unit at the the same price as the inside unit.

I had an insurance certificate from my carrier, they would not accept it and I had to pay for there insurance. I proved my insurance was enforced and they will only credit your account. No refund. Also they charge extra for longer hours of use. Just not a good way to start a relationship.
