I have been with this facility since 2002. I am overall happy with this place.

I was one dollar short paying the rent one month, I did not realize until the GM called to tell me. I asked if I could just pay the extra dollar on the next month, and was told that would be okay. One week later began the harassing texts, emails and calls calling my payment late. They cut my lock, and threatened eviction because of one dollar (following five of on time payment), I was charged a late fee, and a cut lock and replacement fee. They call on the fourth of the month threatening late fees, if they don't have payment, apparently no grace period.

From the moment I first contacted them, they treated me as a very valuable guest. They were polite,friendly and extreamly professinal. They even went out of their way to accomidate and make me very comfotable when I had to make changes to my move in date two times. Once I did arrive I was greated by a sweet woman with a big smile. She remembered me from my phone calls. She handled the nessary paperwork swiftly andcexcorted us to our unit. She guided us to the perfect parking place and found us a hand truck to use. She then politly said to countinue to have a good day and departed. Our unit was as clean as can be. I have had to use storage facilities several times over the years. I have to say this was the least painful and the best service I have ever received. I would recomend them to anyone I know. I suggest that you too give them a try. I am sure you will have happy results also.
