Hi, I used public storage for my vehicle. The previous company removed my reservation without any contact, so I did the reservation and started to use this storage on the same day. The store and every place looks clean and nice. Also, the staffs are really gentle.

The personnel was extremely helpful from the time of my reservation until I actually got to storage. Rich at the location was very friendly, cuteous & helpful with my transaction.

I had a great experience while moving in. Tyler was of great help, the facility is cleaned and well preserved. My only discontent is with the hours I can go in. I don't understand why don't I have 24 hour access to my storage. The facility is surveillanced, gated with a key lock password protected and still I have no access after 9:00pm.

The leasing process was easy and quick. James, the on site manager was excellent explaining all details in an easy to understand manner.

Made the reservation twice by mistake, was phoned immediately to find out it was done in error. Which it was. On the day of my appointment I was greeted with a warm welcome by Carissa! Who made my day. I was upset but also lost by my sudden relocation. She truly brighten my day and also gave good advice on my needs.

I was at this location to get some boxes as I'm moving at the end of the month. Carissa and Chantal were great! Very helpful and friendly. They gave me exactly what I asked for. I would definitely go back to them

Went to inquire about a storage unit due to the fact i am limited in space. The service was AMAZING. Miranda (one of the associates there) had accommodated me, very well mannered and knowledgeable. I had so many questions and she was very patient and thorough. I HIGHLY recommend this location. You feel safe and nothing but great vibes from the staff and property itself.

The customer service is great. And facility clean. Not to mention safe haven for your valuables. Way better than u-haul. Shannon who is the manager there is awesome. Thanks public storage. You have a customer for life.

Shanon the girl at office was a sweetheart , helped us find the unit size we needed and supplies we also needed lock,boxes and bed coverings as per expert sale were good for us . thank you Happy customer !!!
