The staff is helpful, however the set up for entry thru the gates is lacking. You have to get out of your vehicle to push the buttons. We used the W. Babylon site for quite a while and theirs is drive up. User friendly.

The punch code for the gate is poorly placed at the farmingville location. Also the carts are frequently locked and I have to walk around the building to the office to wait for an attendant who needs to unlock it for me. Otherwise the building is very clean and the employees are helpful and friendly.

The staff here is really nice, the facility is always kept up with and clean. Definitely one of the better storage facilities in the area. Thanks.

I have to say that the service here is phenomenal! I spoke with both Lisa & Sue and they are very informative as well as punctual. One of the absolute best storage places ever. Highly recommended.

Shameeka and Sue were great!!! I needed help getting packing boxes to move and Shameeka went over with me what I was packing so I could get the right amount of boxes :) I will definitely be back soon!!!!

The experience was a good one

I just rented a 7.5 by 10 unit today and was happy about the easy access to property and my unit. Miranda was very helpful in showing me my unit, how to get into property and other units available for me to rent. She also asked me if I needed anything else packing boxes, tape etc. to help with my move, I thought that was also very nice. The property was clean and I would recommend anyone who is looking for storage to look into this public storage location.

I think it is a great place to store your belongings. The staff was very helpful in helping choosing the right size unit. I really like that they have climate control. I would recommend public storage to friends and family. But it would be better if you were able to have access to the unit at any time so moving could be done at your convenience.

The woman that helped me was awesome. She answered all my question honestly and to the best of her ability and she was very professional. The building is well kept and temperature controlled like promised. And also very pleased with my new 5x10 unit. The only very small unconcerned issue i have is half the ceiling in my unit is hanging a bit, no leaks though, they took pictures and sent it in so that headquarters could send someone to come fix it. That was less than a week ago but still have not heard anything yet.

I love to write lyrics, its my passion, so I wanted to have a little fun with my opinion saying. Im the Vice President of The Spinal Cord Foundation and we are a small struggling charity that lost our store front last year. We needed a unit immediately for motorized wheelchairs that I could not store at my house. From day one when I inquired about a storage unit on the phone, your staff was so nice and helpful. I recommend this facility to everyone! Thank you for great service!
