Very clean and very professional customer service

So happy with my choosing Public Storage in Mler Place NY.

Pleased with everything regarding the electronic check in. All else great. Only negative comment is main gate is extremely tight.

The person who helped me return my lock was very nice and super helpful to me on the phone. It was a little hard to find my unit at first but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy with what I got now that I have! Elevator and provided rolling carts are a huge plus

Price is good but the facility is really bad with communication.

I feel like the facility is excellent and at a convenient location from my house. The staff was very helpful. The only thing I could complain about is the access hours.

great customer service ! made my reservation on line and they called me to confirm everything. got to the site and they got my paperwork done quickly. very friendly and happy to help

I called corp office to learn how to pay my monthly cost on line and the person on the fone was useless to me. I waited on hold for 15 minutes and when I asked the fone rep to be patient with me she said she didn't have time for me because other people were waiting. I think I called July 1 2018. I thought she was rude. I waited like anyone else and when it was my turn she didn't have time for me. What kind of nonsense is that? I still can't pay my monthly on-line. thank you . Ray Anzalone

Easy to get a space with enough room for my stored items, friendly staff. My only issue was the elevator was broken when I went to move my items in (only a few hours after I signed up and started renting the space).

This was my first time using a storage facility. I did it on line and it was very easy. After the reservation I received a call from the property manager and she was excellent. She was upbeat and so very pleasant to work with. Her name is Sydney and she is a shining star ?? when it comes to customer service. Please let her know how much I appreciated her assistance; plus I got a great deal thanks to her following up with my request so promptly. She is an asset to your company! Public storage. I also had the pleasure of meeting Carla and She was very helpful patiently walking me through storage dos and donts. These two individuals are stellar examples of what service should look like. Thanks Sydney and Carla !

Great location to store. The place is kept very clean and well lit at night. The lady's Cyndi and Karla that run the Facilty are professional and very helpful. The only thing that it's not 24 hours, but I'm guessing it for security reasons. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend them.

I just rented at the rocky point location and lady in the office was so professional and helpful. I've rented in the past at other public storage locations and they are great!!! Prices and flexibility are always great too. I always recommend public storage to anyone looking for storage.

This pertains to PS in Miller Place..First of all the property manager Cindy is by far the most personable,professional and knowledgeable manager I have dealt with.The facility is spotless and very secure with cameras all over...I am extremely pleased with this storage facility and would recommend it to anyone searching for a storage facility...

I am so far very pleased with my PS unit. The staff (one person) I dealt with at check-in was fantastic---helpful, accommodating and informative. The unit is clean, in fact the whole place is clean and tidy. And very secure. I would recommend PS to anyone.

Great facility - clean - very nice - overall satisfying experience

Overall the price is reasonable and the place is nice and clean. Our interaction with the staff was excellent. They made the process very easy and made us feel comfortable. My only issue is that it can be hard to find carts at times to help you bring your stuff into the storage unit. There should also be a bathroom on the premises somewhere near the storage units.
