StorQuest - Ronkonkoma / Lakeland

The staff was super friendly. They apologize for not being available that day prior even come to me a lot for my storage. He was so friendly so informative. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this facility and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad that I chose this location.

Everything was done promptly and went smoothly.

When I rented my unit I did everything online & was given a lease.Next I took all my paperwork & head to the storage uniit. Online it wasn't clear exactly what time the office & gate closes & what would be the cutoff time for first timers like myself. I get to the Ronkonkoma facility on Friday during labor day weekend15mins before closing gratefully seeing that the place was empty and see a gentleman sitting at his desk impatiently biting his upper lip ready to celebrate his 3 day weekend which is fine however when he told me there's no possible way I could get into my unit because they close in 5mins this is a problem. I reply oh you guys close 10 Mins before the hour because online it says you close exactly on the hour. He says yup & let's me walk out the door with a SUV loaded with my stuff. As I walked out, he stayed planted in that seat I really wanted to take my lease & rip it up then call corporate. At this point my mind saw nothing but red flags, thinking what's next a bunch of hidden fees & other annoying stuff. I decided to give them one more chance & went back the next day. The day after I was greeted by a great fella he was totally different from the first guy, until he started looking through my paperwork He says I see you put you have your own insurance, I need proof, I tell him sir during the online process there was no way to prove I woulda simply put it on there then. Although he gave me 7 days to email the proof without any extra charge was still an inconvenience. Next he says I see that you put down you have your own lock, I say I do I & showed it to him it was from one of my units I had previously then he says but we don't accept those locks you need one of ours at this point if it wasn't for his great personality & funny jokes I woulda been gone immediately! Please iron out my wrinkles by making me happy & take care of those things I previously mentioned so you guys don't potentially lose any new costumers

All information explained. He was friendly, wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t rushing through anything but got it done fast. Place is super clean going through the gates were the easiest by far. If I ever need an indoor storage unit, I would definitely go there.

The customer service was very helpful, friendly, and personal. I did not expect this from a storage provider. I am very unhappy about one aspect of the experience. The ability to utilize your own insurance is deceptive, archaic, and as a practical matter, impossible. When I called their corporate office, I was advised that all that was needed is a declaration page from the insurance provider. The facility manager however required that StorQuest be legally added to my homeownerﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s insurance policy as an additional insured party. My insurance agent advised that this is a very bad idea and is highly discouraged because it gives StorQuest too many potentially detrimental legal rights to my policy. My insurance agent felt that it was just a ploy to discourage you from bringing your own insurance, so I wound up paying their relatively high insurance premium.

Khadija was very professional and helpful in highlighting the benefits of using this storage location. I have visited three different locations, including one that was cheaper! The goals that I look for are convenience, price, friendly customer service, ease of paperwork, location of the unit, etc. I hope to stay at StorQuest as long as I can.

The facility is clean and readily accessible. This is my first storage unit and the process was very simple.

Khadja Robbins, the manager gave us a tour and spent quite a bit of time with us to help determine our needs. Her estimate was dead on accurate. And all of this was done during our research stage. Of course we then picked this facility and they had all the paperwork done with us Lockett split. The day we moved in was a great experience too, and on that day we worked with Kyle.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The storage unit was a perfect size for my belongings and I felt satisfied they were safe. The whole place was clean and well lit.

Was able to reach out to an agent who helped with the right storage size to choose, and it perfectly fit all our household items. The checkin process was quick, and we had everything we needed.

Place is brand new, so extremely clean, the controlled climate is a plus. Staff was extremely helpful

The facility in Ronkonkoma is clean. The one single staff member was more than adequate on my weekend move in. I recommend this place highly

This was my very first time using a storage unit. I had shopped on line and booked with a very popular company but went I went to see the unit I was extremely disappointed. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s was very small and was quit costly. I went back on line and found sparefoot. Customer service is awesome, price very reasonable and excellent customer services

Great security with security codes needed for going into the gates, then again into the building, and then again on exiting the parking lot. Security cameras everywhere. The facility is brand new and is very well designed.
