The units and the layout of the buildings are well designed. There is a lot of space to drive around. We easily got the 15ft U-haul in and out. It was also easy to drive on their roads around the units. The staff is very helpful. They treat you like family. It is nice doing business with them. I was impressed with how clean everything is. They keep it looking shiny and new.

Staff was friendly, efficient and thorough. Faculty was clean , easy to access.

I have been looking for a climate and humidity controlled storage unit in the Monroe area and stopped by Uncle Bob's in Monroe. Although they did not offer humidity control, (they d offer climate control), manager Rose went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find a facility to meet my needs. She called several competitors and found me storage - she's the best! THAT'S what customer service looks like!
