Very easy to purchase a storage unit. The salesperson was very friendly and spent the time to show me various sized units. I chose the 5X10 since I do not have a lot of stuff. Facility is clean, bright, and adequately climate-controlled. Safety is a concern for me too (as it is for most folks I would think) and I do feel safe there. Cameras and alarm systems everywhere. I feel I made a great choice.

Staff excellent 5 stars, but 4 stars because the I-pads, not loading and the computer went down mid-way through a transaction, I got a storage unit at one site and picked up my car at another, both had I-pad trouble.
