Prime Storage - New Windsor

I came to this place after the mom & pop type storage that I was in got bought by a corporation and the prices changed dramatically.Prime Storage gave me a 10×30 where I stored my vehicle and other items.In almost a years time I was hit with an increased rate. At first it was incremental but still expensive.I told them that I was not going anywhere or looking for another storage because I needed storage for my vehicle.They increased my rate slightly.I went from paying 242 to 267 each month.In less than a few months time I received a notification that my rate would change from 267 to 367 each month effective the next month.THAT IS ABSOLUTELY INSANITY FOR THEM TO GIVE ANYONE A 100 DOLLAR INCREASE!!!!THAT'S WHEN I made the decision to get out of that place.buyer beware avoid this company.I found a place that treat customers with more respect and their rates are a lot cheaper, and keep their rates steady Without getting increases several times in one year.I highly recommend Safe Haven storage located at 14 crossroads CT. Newburgh ny.They also have a referral program.if you recommend someone you get a percentage off on your next month's rental.
