On My Move In Day I Went In To Pay And Set Up Everything. That Went Well! I Told The Staff Memeber I Would Be Coming Back To Start Puting In My Things. So She Said I Will Leave Your Unit Open So You Can Put Your Thing In. So When I Came Back 2 Hours Later My Unit Was Locked And Know One To Be Found? I Check The Office Went On Every Floor! Finally I Found Another Lady Who Works In The Office Alone Clean The Restroom. I Asked Her Can She Unlock My Unit So I Can Put My Things. She Was Complaining About Leaving The Job Late All The Time? Unbelievable!

The facility is new-ish, conveniently located, and easy to access, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a pull in car park for dropping off or picking up and carts for moving stuff between cars and the units.

The service by the staff is great and the location is ideal from the NYC subway. The premises is on a hill with the entrance on the lower W 129 Street.. Access from Amsterdam Ave from W 125 Street rather than climbing the hill from the W 125 Street subway and going up St Nicholas Ave.Vehicle access is superb too.

This storage place couldn't be any better for the price you are paying for the unit. Facilities are pretty clean and modern, customer service is good, and the spacing is definitely worth your buck. The best part of it all is that I was able to receive 2 months free on top of only paying $26/month for my storage unit. Highly recommend to those who are looking to store on a budget.

Everything is quite in process. Managers will lead you to the storage after you sign a very clear contract. The place looks safe and clean. Don't worry about the condition of the units, cuz they are perfect.

A little dismayed that I had to purchase my own lock, but otherwise very pleased with the facility and staff. I received help right away and the staff was friendly. I was able to preview the space before signing, and it was easy to move in quickly. The space is just as advertised.
