Extra storage has great customer service! Their front desk girl is really proficient and professional. I trusted everything she said, and they deliver on their services. Booking online was great! Extra storage customer service rep called me to confirm my move in date. She was really professional, courteous and friendly. She made everything so easy!

The staff is very helpful. Sometimes the elevators act up but the staff is there to help.
