After three months my rent was jacked up a staggering 63% per month. A total increase of $104 per month. They also pretend like they offer 24 hour access for an additional $10/month when you sign up online but it’s just more of the same with them.

The customer service here was and is superb. I felt like a valued guest. They were very accommodating to my needs and assisted with pointing out anything that could best help me during my storing process. The garage is large and ample, the elevators are roomy and quick, and the whole facility feels good â€” well-lit, air-conditioned, and calm atmosphere. Fully recommend.

The storage cluck was wonderful he took his time to help me, this was my first time having storage and he made me feel very comfortable with leaving my personal belongings at the storage unit.

My overall review of StorQuest. Being that this facility is fairly new, it is very clean and well kept. The storage space for my unit is sufficient to fit all of my belongings of a full bedroom and extra items (ie: kitchen supplies and misc.) The huge drawback though pertaining to StorQuest is that accessibility to the unit closes way too early. 7pm is not enough time for those who need access at night bring items in or take items out making it highly inconvenient for those who work into the evening, overtime or just need to move some things in and out in a hurry. I would recommend StorQuest to a friend for the space and price of a unit but not for the time availability for accessibility.

I shopped around online. This facility is new and has a number of sizes. The one I chose was the perfect fit.

5'x5'	Small (25 square feet) The size of a small closet. Good for chairs, cabinets, electronics, boxes.
5'x10'	Small (50 square feet) The size of a large walk-in closet. Good for a mattress set, couch, dining room tables, chairs, boxes.
5'x15'	Small (75 square feet) The size of a small bedroom. Good for large dining sets, desks, cabinets, mattress sets, washer/dryer.
10'x10'	Medium (100 square feet) The size of a large bedroom. Good for bedroom sets, refrigerator, large drawers, multiple boxes.
10'x15'	Medium (150 square feet) The size of a small one car garage. Good for multiple bedroom sets, large appliances, smaller cars, boats, other vehicles, patio sets.
10'x20'	Large (200 square feet) The size of a standard one car garage. Good for multiple bedroom sets, trucks, trailers, large furniture items, mid size vehicles, miscellaneous items.
