The whole process took about 10 min. When we arrived at the location for our keys, we were greeted by Chance. He answered all of our questions about hours and security. Chance walked us directly to our unit, showed us the where we enter from the outside. Ensured that our gate key code worked. The facility is well organized and spotless. The unit was clean and has plenty of light. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage space.
