My only complaint is about the pricing.I had reserved, and was confirmed for, a 10x 10 space for 136.00 a month( as listed above) however when I got there with a truck full of boxes the price changed to 170.00 a month. I was told that the price I agreed to was a promotional from last month. I had little choice but to accept. The prices listed on the website are not what the prices are not what I am being charged.

I chose this facility because it checked all the boxes for my storage needs: location, climate control, drive up, U-Haul dealership, UPS store—everything is right here. The area is secure and well-lit and even better—the price was super competitive.

They are very helpful and there customer service is everything you want to rent from!!

So far so good, using the elevator was a great help

I had a small issue when trying to get into the unit. There was a tremendous amount of ice outside the freight elevator door and entrance door. The staff gave me a bag of salt but I had to do it myself. There was an existing lock on the unit so I also had to go back to the unit to get a key and then go back again to unlock it. Overall the unit was good and the staff friendly.

The staff is extremely helpful and always pleasant to work with. The facility is clean.

There is not much more you can ask for in terms of a great storage place. Nice clean property and good staff ready to help you. The elevator works great and the guys who run the front office are terrific. So happy I found this storage place.

It is a pleasure doing business with this company. The young man I did business with was a pleasure. Didn't take long and I was in and out. I will recommend this place over and over again. Oh and they have a beautiful office cat to boot...ГўЛњВєГЇВёВЏ

I really have to say that I was having a stressful move, I went into spaceplace and they were amazing! In the end they were the best part of my whole move,, The guys that worked with me on February 28 and March 1st ( donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know if I should mention names?) you need to hold on to those 2 young men! So I got a storage, moving truck, even needed a hand with something to heavy and they wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even let me buy the a coffee or soda! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m highly recommending spaceplace for any of your moving and storage needs! Thanks so much guys

After comparing other storage facilities near by, a space to place was outstanding, the best price, and very convenient, with a UPS and U Haul located there.

I have not yet personally been to the facility but I was able to sign the lease from a location three hours away, thanks to the wonderful manager, Kaitlin, and her great staff. I can't wait to visit but until I do, all I can "review" is the terrific service I received over the phone and by email. Thanks to every member of the staff who were so kind and helpful !!!
