I was greeted with a smile and professionalism. It made me feel welcomed and that my things were in good hands. My only disappointment, was that the $50 deposit wasn't mentioned online when I reserved, nor when I received my call to confirm. Needless to say, I was taken back... but would have been even more discouraged if I wouldn't have had it to give. Especially, after renting a truck and driving there. Someone please make s note to update this... you didn't fail to mention the administrative fee of $20 and a 30 day closeout notice... these I've never paid for before. I don't mind paying for good services, just give customers a proper heads up.
