Unit was very clean and ready to be moved into no issues

The reservation system deletes your reservation after 7 days, so I reserved a move in 7 days in advance and it deleted my reservation. I ended up having to pay 20$ extra a month for a smaller unit. The insurance fee was also jarring, though that may not be their fault. Other than that everyone at the place is lovely, no complaints.
