Reserved indoor unit for $50/mth w 1st month free thru SpareFoot. Email confirm. Called & told no units avail. They had same units available but at a higher price. I complained. Employee had to get management involved. After hour of BS, was given outdoor unit. Then hit w hidden insurance charge. I refused. Only then told homeowners could cover it. Hassle w that approval. Told I would get a discount for 2nd month for the trouble. Worker claimed no knowledge. Runaround from everyone.
