I stored my car and some furniture here while I was away for a few weeks. The unit was clean and easy to access, check-in was simple, and the gate/security felt reliable. Staff were helpful when I had questions. Would use again.

It was very easy to rent, and then to move into. I had learned that I had a small unit and needed a larger one a couple of days later staff was able to help me with everything.

Would have much preferred dealing with someone in person and not thru a kiosk. I don’t think that’s the proper way to conduct business. Also, I was locked inside the gates because the code I was issued did not work. It took me 5 phone calls and 45 minutes of sitting before someone answered the phone. I was given an emergency code to get out. Later in the day, I did get a follow up phone call from the actual site, apologizing and he assured me my code now works.

from the beginning it was easy starting with dee on the kiosk to help from megan there at firdt-day move-in. convenience would be a good buzzword. a simple thing like having a unique code for the gate is so nice(one less maybe-odd number to remember)
