The prices are great here, but keep in mind that they do not offer insurance to keep your things safe and secure. I was also a little surprised that they were still using a paper system to fill out applications. Although I was told that they were integrating the computers. The customer service was nice but I also feel like the employee didn't know how to answer some of my questions. My takeaway here is prices are lower because you're storing your things at your own risk, so acquire insurance on the side if that's something you worry about.
