Good parking space and good guess service

The staff is rude, especially Charles. The District Manager, Sargheel, does not resolve your concerns or return calls. The bathroom is often dirty and the parking area and carpet near the storage units always contain debris. And if you complain about Charles' rude behavior, he will have your lease terminated, cut your lock,and have your things sold at auction without telling you. This location also raises your rates without notice, does not honor your lease, and is not licensed with the Department of Consumer Affairs or the Better Business Bureau.

Everything went well, employees were nice, everything was comfortable moving in the storage.

I moved out of my grandmother's in a hurry. I needed a place in the middle to store my things. The manager Carlos answered all my questions and even showed me a better unit that could accommodate all of my things. The prices up was quite reasonable and they even helped me rent the van to transport my things. I cannot thank them enough for making this transition easy and comfortable.

This is a very clean organized facility. The company advertises free use of moving truck but there is a small fee.
