The building is clean and roomy with ease of access. The staff made my first self-storage experience a very easy one. I wish their access hours were a bit longer though.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and in good repair. Do make sure you check the hours, particularly if you are moving in on a weekend (they close earlier). You can't get in after a certain time each day, even with your code.

I have been to several Storage facility previously and I must say Cubesmart self storage on 94th ave Jamaica is definitely stands above all. Excellent customer service remarkable attitude from the staff, explain everything in detail. It's cleaner than most storage facility I've been to. This place of definitely worth the price.

Easy access and clean facility. Just needs a bit more signage for orientation.

Smooth move in. If you use their Truck for the move, locate a service station selling Diesel before setting out.

My only real complaint is that the room I got is very far from the loading dock which made my moving job take much longer than we expected and thus costing me more money
