As soon as you get settled, they're gonna raise the price on you. A most unpleasant surprise!

Cube Smart exceeded my expectations for cleanliness and friendly helpful service. I arrived at 6:30 pm to sign up and get my cargo van unloaded and packed into the storage unit. The job wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t completed until 7:30, well past the closing time, but the staff remained helpful, polite and cheerful. Kudos to Ashley and Jeremy.

Facility is good, price okay, clean

facility was clean and easy to access, though not open particularly late. rental was straightforward, and they accept renters' insurance.

The facility is clean and employees are nice but the truck company was so bad! I left a voice message to book truck and driver but never respond day after, so I had do call again and they finally call me back. They told me the driver is coming at 3pm but he came 12pm when we hadn't been ready yet however the driver was very nice to help us out. Problem is the truck service company.

set-up was easy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and seems secure. Access is straightforward and not a problem. Would recommend.

The staff was very helpful and polite. It was slightly more than the price I first saw on Sparefoot because there is an additional monthly $12 insurance fee, one time admin fee of $25, and new lock of $17, but first month is free. The facility seemed very clean and secure. The cheapest small lockers (which I picked) are on the upper level so you have to use a stair/ladder to get up there. Also the ceiling of the top locker is a wire/fence so sometimes the fireproofing material from the ceiling will fall through. Overall happy with my space and the experience!

From the initial call with Customer Service, then speaking to the Senior Relocation Consultant, and interacting with the Movers the service was excellent. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and also fill in the blanks. They were professional, friendly, and thorough. The move went smooth and that's because it took teamwork. Everyone did their part to ensure that the goal was met which was to move in a timely manner! Thank you for a great experience.
