As soon as visiting the store I was greeted by wonderful employees. They were very polite and very well spoken. They helped me to the best of their ability. They showed me the storage unit before going forward which helped me determine if I was making the best decision for storing my things. I was helped in every way and every question I asked I was immediately given a complete answer.

Overall experience is great. Just wish they had a larger loading and unloading area. The facility loading and unloading area generally can fit 2 cars. And if u r lucky may squeeze a third one.
