The manager, Joy, took the time to show me a couple of units, even just as the place was about to close up.

First time was great and the service was good, however I went today 9/8 at 11am and one of the employees was unprofessional and rude. She wanted me to bring a ladder under the doors to my unit. My 55 year old mother who is shorter than I was with me and the employee said “not the little one” to help, when told I was pregnant and could not her response was “oh shit” rather than an apology. She was very rude and sarcastic, however we remained kind and apologetic for bothering her although it is her job. She then tossed the big ladder down on my moms arm, who again is 55 years old with fragile bones. Had she broken my mother’s arm there would be a serious lawsuit, she again was not at all apologetic, my mom continued to be sweet although she was now hurt. My moms arm is now bruised, I really did not appreciate the service at all.

Best experience ever on a storage facility!. The space is super clean, and the people are super nice and help me out a lot solving all my questions and even giving me some tips for he moving in.

I looked at 7 storage facilities before Extra Space. And I had rented a storage unit for 15 years, many years ago. That said....Extra Space is the best facility I have had the good fortune to find. The total team is so professional and willing to help always. They are most accommodating. As I am a disabled Sr citizen I truly respect and need that. The facility is pristine and i have only wonderful recommendations to give. As a last note, my entire career was in customer service, so I know how important that is. Extra Storage epitomizes the best in customer service. Great!

Yesenia and Eric both put me at ease as this is my very first time using a storage facility ever. They exolained to me thoroughly how the process works which helped a lot. They were both very patient and have a great sense of humor! The hallways and locker was very clean and roomy. I highly recommend this storage space facility.

No need to dread the storage facility chore: the people who work here keep the space spotless, brightly-lit, fresh-smelling and stocked up with packing and storing needs like tape, boxes, etc. Easy to park (! Parking!) and to pull in.

I live in a 250 sq foot studio, needless to say i always need some extra space. I was happy to find something close to home and affordable, i have a smaller unit thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s 5x5 but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s more then enough space for all my camping gear and seasonal storage. The people at this location were very helpful when i wanted to move from one locker to a closer to the elevator . The facility is really clean and easy to navigate. I also like the option to have my locker at a nice temp all year around so none of my items mold

Moving my belongings into storage here was very easy. The staff is very helpful and the facility is very clean with lots of parking, which made the move quick and painless, especially in Brooklyn.
