Great, clean facility in a great location. It's a little off the beaten path to avoid traffic. Blue did a great job at welcoming me as a new customer and explaining everything about the facility.

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a bit hard to navigate inside; and the neighborhood isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t super walkable ; but you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat the price, and the fact that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s 24/7 access!

This is my first time using a storage unit and the girl who helped me was amazing. She was very informative and showed me the unit before moving in. She was extremely nice and made the whole experience calming.

Very satisfied customer here! Easy to pick a room online, staff followed up quickly to arrange a time for me to arrive so they would be there to meet me. Got a very great tour by manager Nicole who walked me through the paperwork and made everything so easy and stress-free! Highly recommended.

Loved how the staff helps and made it all so easy, got to choose the perfect unit for my needs. And the staff didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t mind showing me 2 more units just in case I needed something smaller.

I spoke to someone on the phone & they were extremely rude and was then directed to another staff personal who was also extremely rude, but I let it go after actually going in to see the spaces which were actually so clean & well established. I genuinely recommend this storage company for people who care more about cleanliness & trustworthiness rather than over the phone staff politeness.

I stopped by the facility on 8.21.2019 to check out my unit and was a little nervous given the other storage facilities I saw in the area. This facility was brand new, immaculate in regards to cleanliness, bright, and the staff was amazing friendly. Very comfortable knowing my life belongings will be here while Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m out of the country working on a project.

Katrina & nicole were super friendly. Its refreshing to see workers like that. Most places they are usually rude. Place is super clean & theres parking. Wish the prices were better being that in the 5 x 5 by 8 ft isnt what your getting due to maybe a pipe running thru or a beam that can take up almost a foot. Prices should be adjusted due to that. Other then that highly recommended

The only downside is that this place is difficult to enter, all the doors are locked so you have to wait for someone to open it and hope there is an employee at the front desk. Otherwise everyone is ultra helpful and nice, huge facility with lights and cameras everywhere. good prices and climate control.

I needed a place to store my belongings between moves in Manhattan. Life Storage in Long Island City is by far more affordable than Manhattan storage facilities and was an easy commute. They offered a free month which made it an especially good deal. The manager was very nice and helpful in making sure I chose the right sized unit. I would definitely recommend!

Facility was very clean, staff was friendly and there were plenty of dolly's to use for transporting items. They gave a thorough explanation of the whole process to make no room for confusion.

Who could ask for anything more? Moving is already a hassle. Sparefoot takes the headache out of it all. Super friendly officer manager Brock responded to all my questions and needs with polite, quick, professional courtesy! Kudos to him!

The manager works hard to make sure the place is perfect for everybody. The place has smooth floors, so it is easy to move your stuff. They also have a good loading bay and room to move around.
